 Sweet Trip is an experimental ambient pop/shoegaze act from San Francisco, California.

 The group was formed in 1995,〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=100_0021 sweet trip practice 95 )〕 and its mastermind is producer and songwriter, Roberto Burgos. Since its conception the band has released three full-length recordings with Darla Records, namely 1999's ''Halica'', 2003's ''Velocity : Design : Comfort'', and 2009's ''You Will Never Know Why''.
 Labelmates Junior Varsity KM — whom Burgos has done several remixes for — has toured with Sweet Trip on several occasions. Other notable outfits Burgos has done remixes for include Takako Minekawa, Club 8 and Gnac.
 In 2013, Burgos posted a song, "Things to Ponder While Falling", on his soundcloud account, referring to it as "Probably
